Position Overview
The Journeyman Administrative Professional will provide vital support for RQQM's management and operational functions. This includes overseeing documentation, workflow, onboarding, meeting coordination, and compliance with security protocols for classified/unclassified materials.

The Journeyman Administrative Professional will provide vital support for RQQM's management and operational functions. This includes overseeing documentation, workflow, onboarding, meeting coordination, and compliance with security protocols for classified/unclassified materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Track Integrated Product Team (IPT) manning and prepare organizational charts.
- Perform data entry into CCaR , AFRL Work Unit App, timekeeping systems, and maintain case files.
- Generate and maintain training requirements, records, forms, and file plans (paper and electronic).
- Process mail and handle classified/unclassified documents in accordance with regulations.
- Create correspondence and official government documentation.
- Support use of desktop systems to generate spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate and manage travel orders through DTS and support documentation of performance reports.
- Assist in the development, editing, and dissemination of official documentation, briefings, and reports.
- Support STINFO and DTIC documentation processes and document retirement.
- Serve as Record Custodian for classified/unclassified files and Research & Development case records.
- Support onboarding of new personnel (IT, CAC, training coordination).
- Coordinate office supply needs and initiate procurement processes.
- Schedule meetings, reconcile attendee calendars, coordinate room access, and manage logistics for visitors.
- Serve as the focal point for presentation materials at staff and exchange meetings.
- Support video conferencing tools and liaise with digital platform contractors.
- Assist with query reports, tracking systems, and documentation preparation.
- Provide assistance with protocol activities as required.

- Defense Travel System (DTS) - Intermediate
- CCaR , AFRL Work Unit App, and timekeeping platforms - Intermediate
- SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat - Intermediate [Text Wrapping Break]
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant administrative experience
- Active or interim Secret clearance at time of hire
- Proven ability to handle classified materials with integrity and discretion
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in USAF administrative systems and desktop applications
- Familiarity with onboarding, scheduling, and administrative workflows in a government or DoD setting
