  • Systems Validation and Testing:
  • Conducting testing and validation of integrated systems and ensuring operational readiness in alignment with program specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues during system integration, deployment, and operational stages.
  • Requirement Analysis:
  • Reviewing and analyzing system requirements to ensure integration solutions align with mission needs and secure system processes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinating efforts across engineering, operations, and program teams to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Documenting integration processes, test results, interface designs, and system configurations to support ongoing operations and compliance.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on integration of complex systems, preferably in a DoD environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Comprehensive expertise in systems engineering principles and integration methodologies.
  • Proficient in hardware/software interface design, integration testing, and validation planning.
  • Familiarity with DoD security protocols and secure system architectures.
  • Experience integrating systems in multi-domain environments utilizing advanced tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, or Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Familiarity with test platforms, network configurations, and integration tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar systems.

Desired Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred.
  • INCOSE CSEP certification or other systems engineering credentials.
  • Experience with system integration in high-complexity environments such as aerospace, defense, or ISR systems.
  • Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles and tools.
  • Experience developing automated test processes for system interfaces.

Characteristics Of The Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses advanced problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges under pressure.
  • Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and task reassignments.
  • Communicates effectively across multidisciplinary teams and engages stakeholders to deliver precise system integration efforts.
