Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Program Integrator! In this role you will assist the Aerial Communications and Mission Command (ACMC) Project Office. The Program Integrator is a role focused on ensuring the seamless execution of complex programs by coordinating various teams and processes. They act as a central point of contact, managing communication, facilitating collaboration, and monitoring progress to achieve program objectives. This role involves tracking risks, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Formulates program objectives, requirements, schedules, and financial plans.

• Develops spend plans, obligation/commitment plans, continuing resolutions plans, requests for funding and bases of estimates.

• Assesses, manages, and eliminates acquisition risks related to program cost, schedule, and performance.

• Overseeing program budget forecasting, reports, and execution.

• Assists with developing program management plans, program reviews, budgeting, and execution briefs.

• Assists with preparing performance work statements, statements of work, statement of understanding, technical direction orders, logistics/technical estimates, technical evaluations, market research and cost analysis.

• Identify and correct any cost, schedule, technical risk, and barriers that may prevent the designated programs/portfolios from achieving performance parameters and the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) of these efforts.

• Assists the APM with facilitating/leading a cross functional team of stakeholders.

• Advise higher level management on all matters relating to assigned programs and systems to lateral organizational elements and when required, foreign Governments.

• Maintain liaison with user organizations, test agencies and facilities, and higher-level headquarters.

• Guides a staff of government and support contractor specialists who provide expertise in the acquisition, technical, logistics, and business functional areas for the program.

• Develops and provides periodic program briefings to Product Manager, and other key Army stakeholders.

• Assists in the development and maintain programmatic and milestone documentation.

• Assists in the development of program structure charts and integrated master schedules.

• Assists with updating the life cycle cost estimate for validation.

• Participates in drafting and reviewing acquisition strategies, engineering change proposals and modification work orders.

• Ensures that program requirements are properly identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DOD acquisition regulations and policies.

• Assists with long range planning activities that include multi-year work plans.

• Analyzes contractor performance data and resolve performance, schedule, and cost issues.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Candidate must be able to support a work schedule onsite at Redstone Arsenal and telework.
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor degree and 7 years of experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced with using Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR).
  • Experience in PEO Aviation
