MANTECH seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is Hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain technical and logistics-related databases
- Analyze data and generate detailed metrics reports to support program performance tracking
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with high attention to detail
- Administer user privileges and access controls in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity policies
- Support the generation and publication of technical data through ANARK publishing tools
- Assist in the development of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), as needed
- Utilize knowledge of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) systems, policies, and processes to support ongoing contract deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other STEM discipline
- 1+ years of professional experience in systems engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and NAVAIR systems and policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ANARK or similar technical publication tools
- Knowledge of TDP creation and technical documentation processes
Clearance Requirements:
- An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
