On-site AI&T and Manufacturing Factory Representative to support a dynamic program in Linthicum, MD. In this role you will provide engineering support to critical programs and upcoming acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

This support will include the following:
  • Oversight: Provide onsite representation for a government program office focused on oversight of the development, manufacturing, assembly and integration of space systems.
  • Technical: Use technical expertise to identify and communicate development, manufacturing, and production issues.
  • Meetings: Participate in and represent the customer in various Government and contractor meetings and attend contractor programmatic and technical reviews (e.g. PMR, PDR, CDR, and other onsite daily meetings) to provide technical and programmatic-based system recommendations and risk assessments.
  • Tasking: Provide proactive day to days support to the Government customer and tasks.
  • Communication: Develop productive relationships with Prime/Subcontractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts.
  • Reporting: Author, review, and coordinate documents and data to aid the Government in decision-making.
  • Frequent interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
  • Education: BS in related technical discipline and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience.
  • Systems: Proven expertise in assembly, integration, test (AI&T), manufacturing and fielding of airborne or space systems.
  • Radar: Experience with radar systems a plus.
  • Environment: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
  • Management: Proficient at program/project management within the customer organization.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Travel: Available to travel domestically.


Desired:
  • Experience as a systems integrator or SETA a plus.


Scheduled Weekly Hours:
  • 40 hours


Basic Compensation:
  • $175,000 - $210,000
  • The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.


Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
