Position Overview:
Ennoble First is seeking a Level 3 CI Officer - Investigations & Liaison to provide Counterintelligence support to NGA in St. Louis. This role emphasizes conducting in-person briefings and debriefings, performing liaison activities, and contributing to foreign risk assessments and CI operations that protect NGA personnel, technology, and operations.

Position Overview:
Ennoble First is seeking a Level 3 CI Officer - Investigations & Liaison to provide Counterintelligence support to NGA in St. Louis. This role emphasizes conducting in-person briefings and debriefings, performing liaison activities, and contributing to foreign risk assessments and CI operations that protect NGA personnel, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct formalized threat briefings monthly tailored for NGA travelers and geospatial conferences involving foreign representation.
- Perform foreign contact and foreign travel debriefings monthly; prepare detailed reports and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
- Provide CI advice in CI Risk Assessments monthly in support of security clearance adjudications per ICD 704.
- Conduct liaison with NGA components to support information sharing for CI purposes.
- Assist in interviews of NGA personnel and draft accurate operational reports.
- Provide input to reports of findings for unauthorized disclosures or suspected loss of classified information.
- Work with IC counterparts (NSA, NRO, DIA, NCSC) to support assessments and share CI data.
- Support and participate in CI Incident Assessments per year.
- Process approximately agency documents for public release each month.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of foundational defensive CI experience including investigations, debriefings, liaison, or analysis
- Graduation from an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI, Army, NCIS, AFOSI)
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience supporting NGA or GEOINT-related CI operations
- Familiarity with IC reporting standards and CI analytic tradecraft
Salary Range:
$95,000-$115,000
