SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored systems engineering and acquisition support for the acquisition and life-cycle management of submarine and undersea systems to include all phases of project and systems management from initial capabilities documentation to system delivery and follow-on life cycle support.
- Provide technical analysis and program/project management support for acquisition strategy development, trade study technical assessments, network architecture, configuration and document control, obsolescence management, logistics, schedule/milestone establishment and tracking, financial management, and cost estimation and control.
- Coordinate and participate in program and technical status meetings/reviews, developing inputs, documenting proceedings, and tracking action items.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience OR Master's degree and three (3) years of experience.
- Must have experience providing technical and program management support for the acquisition or life-cycle support of a submarine Program Office.
- Must have a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI CI poly.
