ServiceNow Platform Lead / Solution Architect
Responsible for the secure architecture, configuration, integration, and operational excellence of ServiceNow within DIA's SCIF and classified network environments. Ensures compliance with PWS 4.3, 4.5, and agency-specific security requirements.

Responsible for the secure architecture, configuration, integration, and operational excellence of ServiceNow within DIA's SCIF and classified network environments. Ensures compliance with PWS 4.3, 4.5, and agency-specific security requirements.
Duties may include:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations (PWS 4.3, 4.5).
- Develop secure, scalable workflows and modules to meet evolving DIA mission requirements.
- Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and automation, ensuring configuration management and change control are enforced (PWS 4.1.7).
- Direct Agile/DevSecOps cycles and secure release management in coordination with the PM.
- Maintain all technical documentation, knowledge management artifacts, and user guidance.
- Support compliance with all QASP/CDRLs relevant to technical performance and reporting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Architect certification.
- 8+ years' ServiceNow experience (federal/IC/DoD preferred).
Training:
- ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
