Position Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the effective execution of workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.
- Responsible for maintaining a qualified, cleared, and mission-ready workforce while ensuring compliance with security and personnel requirements.
- Implement hiring and retention strategies, oversee personnel, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Address workforce concerns, mitigate risks, and align staffing solutions with evolving mission needs.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility; a CI scope polygraph; eligible for crossover; and meets ICD 704, Personnel Security.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management supporting IC agencies.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in developing and implementing workforce analytics and performance metrics to assess hiring effectiveness, retention trends, and workforce planning outcomes.
- It is desired that the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager has the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certification.
