TIAG is seeking an experienced Remedy Architect to provide expert-level support for a government customer in managing and enhancing BMC Remedy-based IT Service Management (ITSM) systems.
This role involves leading system architecture design, integration, development, and configuration management activities across a complex enterprise environment. The Remedy Architect will work closely with stakeholders, users, and developers to ensure the effective deployment and sustainment of mission-critical service support tools.
This position is currently 100% remote and requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

The Remedy Architect will work closely with stakeholders, users, and developers to ensure the effective deployment and sustainment of mission-critical service support tools.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead the architecture, design, and integration of BMC Remedy/AIM systems to support government program operations.
- Provide oversight for system development, configuration management (CM), implementation planning, and sustainment.
- Conduct requirements analysis, develop technical specifications, and manage enhancements to Remedy-based systems.
- Support integration of Remedy with third-party tools and web applications; develop automated reports and custom workflows.
- Coordinate with production and development teams to troubleshoot issues, manage bug reports, and test system upgrades.
- Facilitate and support user training, documentation development, and onboarding activities for system users.
- Manage asset data standardization, audits, and configuration policies aligned with government standards.
- Maintain source code using tools like GIT/Subversion; implement secure coding best practices and software version control.
- Support Agile/Scrum development processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and agency-specific security, development, and documentation standards.
- Consider overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with a project.
- Support corporate business proposals, oral presentations, and color reviews as required.
- Mentor growing technical team members and conduct performance evaluations.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree. Master's degree highly preferred.
- Ten (10) years with Master's or 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree of IT professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.
- Demonstrated experience as a task lead/manager
- IAT Level 2 certification.
- U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD programs
- Certifications in ITIL, BMC Remedy, Agile, or related disciplines
- Experience with mobile application integration (e.g., MRT) and automated data processing tools
