- Working with multiple OS's, including Windows, Linux, and OSX.
- Working with multiple Hypervisors including HyperV, ESX, and VirtualBox.
- Cisco OS, including iOS, NexusOS.
- Windows Management including Active Directory, SCOM, and VMM.
- Performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the customer infrastructure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training.
