ABOUT THE JOB

As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will support the business in executing the materials receiving, warehousing, and lineside delivery of required materials to execute the production schedule. You will work closely with the DevOps (Developmental Operations) and FRP (Full-Rate Production) production groups as well as the Supply Chain Organization. You will directly report to the MCH Site Leader in this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Process Optimization - Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Anduril's Manufacturing System (AMS). Identify process waste and implement solutions to move your department to a more efficient execution model.
  • Budget & Cost Control - Help create and then monitor department budgets, track progress and ensure we are continually focused on operational cost reduction.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and solutions. Directly engage with your peer group to gain their support on changes to your department's processes. Support other Department Managers in their efforts to drive improvements in their areas.
  • Resource Management - Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment to successfully implement AMS within your department. Drive required training completion and cross functional training within your department and teams to gain flexibility in execution responsibilities.
  • Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could impact a successful implementation and maintenance of the AMS
  • Cross Functional Collaboration - Coordinate between the Operations functional teams and supporting organizations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on material floor operations support of a production facility
  • Strong understanding of lean material flow, warehouse management, and inventory control
  • Experience leading people
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and technology insertion appropriately within a Materials Organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and align cross functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a manufacturing operations facility with multiple functional roles (Production, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations Quality)
  • Experience with value stream mapping, line balancing, time study, and organizational repurposing
  • Experience leading a multi-shift department


US Salary Range

$87,000 - $116,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
