Summary:
● Support automation and integration of mobile testing systems in a mission-critical environment
Qualifications & Compensation:
● 12+ years of experience — $305,280/year total compensation
● Bachelor’s degree required; 4 additional years of experience may substitute
Job Description:
● Troubleshoot complex, mission-critical mobile dataflows
● Collaborate with Ops, Capabilities, and consumer stakeholders to automate and test workflows
● Develop system CONOPs, documentation, and test plans
● Work closely with analysts and data users to address data quality issues
● Use visual documentation tools (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Visio) to explain complex systems
● Automate test cases using software tools in an agile delivery environment
● Monitor tool transitions to production and ensure data/system integrity
● Leverage knowledge of distributed systems, mobile platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
● Strong communication and analytical skills critical to success
Nice to Haves:
● CNO customer experience and familiarity with CNO dataflow systems
● Background with mobile platforms, apps, and software
● CI/CD and distributed systems integration experience
