Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Security/Admin Manager to support The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) Chief Strategy and Resource Office (CSRO). This office is responsible for carrying out and executing strategic planning, long-range resource allocation, and developing, directing, and conducting USSF programming activities necessary to complete the USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Additionally, the CSRO delivers integrated Service space strategies, policies, and requirements to provide organized, trained, and equipped space forces for employment by Joint Force Commanders.
What you will be doing:
  • Assist with cognizant security authority in all security tasks, directorate facility security requirements and conduct all tasks to ensure security compliance.
  • Maintain conference rooms; schedule and manage SAP and TS VTCs to include verifying clearance for attendees.
  • Ensure SAPF/SCIF facility compliance with current policies and guidance.
  • Familiarization with DISS
  • Assist with senior leader front office administrative duties requiring attention to detail, multi-tasking, organization and task tracking.
  • Track and implement secure facility work-space design requirements
  • Great customer service skills and ability to work/engage with all levels of leadership
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate senior leader needs and requirements
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree mandatory, plus 10 years (15 years preferred) of experience in office administration, personnel, policy, analysis, MS Office Suite, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance.
