Sensors Technical Lead (CSA, Senior)

Intro Summary

Drive technical leadership for sensor products on DoD/IC platforms. Integrate systems, manage test and evaluation, and mitigate risks while translating complex designs to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee systems integration, test/evaluation, and technical risk mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with NIST standards for software, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Guide projects through DoD acquisition and systems‑engineering lifecycle.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across tactical C4ISR/EW/cyber systems.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor data modeling, architecture, and cybersecurity‑focused teams.
• Facilitate agile delivery using SAFe methods and JIRA.

Minimum Qualifications & Clearance

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's + 12+ years (8+ in DoD/IC technical product roles), or Master's + 10.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong background in data modeling or information assurance.
• Deep systems integration and risk‑management experience.
• Excellent briefing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Must Have an ACTIVE TS/SCI With CI Poly.
