**Hybrid remote | 2 weeks/month in Westlake TX, Merrimack NH, Boston MA, Smithfield RI, or Jersey City NJ**

The Customer Protection and Security Architecture team is seeking an individual who is looking for an ambitious and exciting opportunity to join us as a Technical Risk Analyst. In this role, you will lead an important effort to map critical application/system flows, develop state diagrams, and design customer journey models to identify potential fraud touchpoints and enhance customer protection. You will work with squad leaders, product area leaders, the Enterprise Cyber Security Fraud Team, and business analysts to identify possible fraud behavior patterns in key system flows.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay: $60 - $70/hr W2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of end-to-end system flow documentation and customer journey mapping.
  • Identify and analyze potential fraud vectors and risk exposure across FI digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and fraud detection/operations to design secure and resilient system/application architectures.
  • Develop state diagrams and threat models to visualize and mitigate risk scenarios.
  • Stay current with emerging fraud trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic input on security architecture and risk mitigation best practices.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years in security architecture, risk analysis, or fraud prevention.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and threat modeling techniques.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and identifying fraud touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in modern system/platform architecture techniques and system integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINRA, PCI-DSS, SEC) is a plus

Education Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a technology field required (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Process Engineering). Master's degree would be a strong plus.
