**Hybrid | Onsite as needed in both Norwood, MA and Johnston, RI to deliver trainings**

Job Summary:

Join our Project, Process, and Change Practices team as a learning designer and facilitator. You'll develop and deliver project, change, and process management training for global audiences in various formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid), enhancing skills and knowledge across the organization.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $63/hr W2

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain training programs on project, change, and process management.
  • Continuously update materials based on feedback and best practices.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments to align training with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with teams and experts to ensure relevant content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain documentation and reports.

Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years in instructional design using models like ADDIE or SAM.
  • Experience creating diverse training content, including e-learning and gamified experiences.
  • Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and LMS platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies is a plus.
