You will be a Finance Management Senior on the FP&A Consolidation team, responsible for consolidating the Missiles & Fire Control level financial position for both plan and outlook. Our team provides critical financial support to executive leadership, and you will play a key role in driving financial excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Finance Management Senior, you will participate in the consolidation of financial data, analyze financials across various Lines of Business and sites, and provide direct support for executive-level summaries and presentations. You will work on high-visibility projects, including Monthly CFO, Quarterly CSR, Annual LRP, 10-Year Forecast, and Key Investment reviews.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Consolidating financial data for plan and outlook
• Analyzing financials across Lines of Business and sites
• Providing support for executive-level summaries and presentations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence
• Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Understanding of MFC financial process as well as orders, sales, and EBIT forecasting
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strategic thinker and self-starter
Desired Skills:
Experience working in Finance on MFC program
Demonstrated problem solving ability (identifies problems and develop/implement solutions)
Experience presenting to leadership
Prior program finance cost management experience
Ability to analyze and summarize top level financial impacts
Experience with Horizon and Electronic Financial Systems (EFS) tool
Experience with CSR preparation and knowledge of CSR requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
