Master Project Scheduler, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a Master Project Scheduler,you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. As a Master Scheduler, you will apply comprehensive knowledge of scheduling techniques, including knowledge of resource loading and critical path methodology and analysis. You will perform daily analysis in support of government program portfolio management.
On our team, you will support client integrated product team (IPT) teams in the development, production and deployment of the Sustainment Transport System (STS) tactical network portfolio product lines. You'll perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis and out of sequence analysis, and generate comprehensive reports in support of the program to help keep the project on task and schedule. You'll also assist with the establishment of Performance Measurement Schedule Baseline while maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with program change management requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with applying project management in an IT, Agile, and cyber environment, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management
- Experience with engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals
- Experience with supporting design initiatives for governance models, cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements
- Experience with analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with internal or external client management
- Experience with Microsoft Project Online and Power BI
- Experience with risk management
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PMP, PMI-SP, Six Sigma, CCMP, CISA, or related Certification
