Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work on complex system-level challenges, collaborate across disciplines, and help develop solutions that shape the future of Army Air Defense. The MBSE SME will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving MBSE models across the enterprise, and will play a key role in leading teams and coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders for MBSE projects.

Responsibilities
Your role will be to: 1) Work on complex system-level challenges within the Army Air Defense domain; 2) Collaborate across multiple disciplines to develop innovative solutions; 3) Develop, review, and improve MBSE models across the enterprise; 4) Utilize SysML MBSE modeling techniques for Air Defense Systems; 5) Apply DoDaF/UAF frameworks to represent and analyze complex systems, processes, and data; 6) Proficiently use Cameo/MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator for modeling tasks; 7) Write and utilize scripts in Cameo/MagicDraw scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) to automate modeling processes; 8) Implement Configuration Management through branching, merging, and Product Line Engineering (PLE); and 9) Lead teams and coordinate efforts across multiple disciplines and stakeholders for MBSE projects.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding and experience with SysML MBSE modeling of Air Defense Systems
- Strong understanding and experience with DoDaF/UAF frameworks
- Proficient in Cameo/MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator
- Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw scripting languages (e.g., Groovy)
- Strong experience with branching, merging, and Product Line Engineering (PLE)
- Experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders for MBSE projects
- DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Optional Skills:
- Certification in SysML (e.g., OMG-Certified SysML Professional (OCSMP))
- Certification in UAF (e.g., UAF Model User (MU) certification)
- Ability to train system engineers across the program in modeling best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe principles
