POSITION SUMMARY
Aleut is seeking experienced professionals to support multiple staff positions within Mission Delta 3 and Space Operations Command (SpOC) in Colorado Springs, CO. These critical roles provide high-level support to U.S. Space Force missions, requiring technical expertise and staff-level operational experience. Personnel will provide subject matter expertise across planning, operations, and strategy; support operational readiness and capability development; collaborate with leadership at Mission Delta 3 and SpOC, and engage in high-impact work supporting U.S. Space Force missions.
The focus of this position is to execute the Space Enterprise Analysis Review (SpEAR) process. Facilitates Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) efforts necessary to obtain and execute the funding necessary to deliver required capabilities across the program portfolio, including Fiscal Year planning, execution, execution monitoring, unfunded requirements management, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and coordination.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Reduce risk to SpOC decision-making by aggregating SpEAR data across the DOTmLPF-P spectrum.
- Provide SpOC leadership with a holistic view in considering a Weapon System for Operational Acceptance.
- Work with WSRS that track the Combat-Force Proponent-Fielding Process and synchronize with stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet Combatant Commanders' campaign objectives.
- Contribute to applicable General Program Requirements, Overarching Requirements, Portfolio Management Program Protection Planning, and Program Office Support.
- Provide research and analysis for support to both ground and space segment analysis in support of all HQ functions to include operations, requirements and the PPBE Program Objective Memorandum process.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years of experience with the Planning Programing, Budget, and Execution process.
- Knowledge of the Space Enterprise Analysis Review (SpEAR) process.
- Proficiency with SpOC acquisition/requirements/PPBE organizations/processes.
- Knowledge of SpOC space superiority units/missions/weapon systems.
- Knowledge of quantitative techniques and methods used to develop, adapt, modify, and resolve problems or define and clarify alternative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience providing briefings, presentations, and reports to senior-level military personnel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; and maintain good working relations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is an onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
- Indoor office working conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to perform repetitive keyboard tasks and associated motions for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to carry up to 10 pounds.
SALARY RANGE
- $121,000.00 -- $141,000.00 (annual) depending on qualifications
