Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Flutter Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be conducting flutter analyses and assessing aircraft modifications and the carriage of new stores; supporting flutter ground vibration test and flight test activities; documenting flutter analysis results, ground and flight test plans and results. The successful candidate will have experience, general knowledge and the motivation to learn the field of flutter.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
- General knowledge of flutter and dynamics
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Aircraft Aeroelasticity Analysis and/or Aeroservoelasticity Analysis
- Familiarity with NASTRAN, MATLAB, and MS Office tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
