Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist (Level 5) in Berkeley, MO to support the T7 program.
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) Developmental Test activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex aerospace projects, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining high quality, and adhering to all technical and safety regulations. Preferred qualifications include expertise in Earned Value Management, Flight Testing, and Supply Chain Management.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

- Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for a program.
- Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans.
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
- Facilitates the resolution of program issues.
- Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
- Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
- Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

- 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment, with broad experience working with all business levels from individual contributors to executive-level leaders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business or technical field
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience integrating and communicating across all levels in an organization
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and initiative (self- starter)
- EVM trained / CAM Certified
- Experience in military aircraft test
- Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- Experience working on an Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) program
- Active Secret Clearance preferred.
