Kalman & Company is seeking to hire an Expert Cost Analyst/Aircraft Systems to supprt an onsite position in Washington, DC. A salary range of $150-$175K/year for the qualified applicant.
Requirements
• US Citizenship is required.
An Active Secret Security clearance.
Prior cost estimating experience with aircraft systems
Report on-site to USCG HQ (Anacostia, DC) 4 days/week
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of government acquisition experience and knowledge of Federal contract requirements, cost estimating, and cost analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the IT software used throughout the government for cost and economic analysis such as Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT), Crystal Ball, @Risk, and other common cost analysis software. Knowledge of DHS systems and software will be more favorably evaluated.
Preferred:
Certified Function Point Counter is desired.
• Possession of a government or industry standard cost certification is preferred but not required. Examples include: Certified Cost Estimating and Analysis (CCEA) certification from the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA), Professional Level Certifications (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Equity Professional (CEP), etc.) from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Estimating (AACE) International, and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or DHS Cost Estimating certifications.
