PROJECT COORDINATOR II

CLASSIFICATION: Project Coordinator II
GRADE: Exempt; Regular, Full-Time
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understands all EOMS resources functionality and coordinates support on a high level; Extensive Cross Utilization Experience with both Range Resource Management/MX of Land Test and Training Area Program; Create/Clear ESRs, change Resource Status in CSE, and coordinate Range MX with CE and RN representative; high level of understanding with Resource Allocation Management module; assign personnel; update training status; Implement Road Guard training and assign/update personnel within RAM ensuring assignment functionality is coordinated with individual requirements; advanced understanding and knowledge in research and creation of T-Directive for timekeeping assignments; assign/unassign personnel to missions as required.
GENERAL DUTIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Essential job functions include minimum five years' experience acting in advanced level and understanding of Project Coordination function within the WOC; Years of experience can be substituted in lieu of knowledge and experience in key areas within the WOC.
OTHER DUTIES: Additional duties may be assigned to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Secret security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Supports E-OMS operational objectives. Observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normally works in well-lighted, temperature controlled environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and requires standing, sitting, bending and very little lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials. May be required to visit test locations to view test setup and support.

GENERAL DUTIES:
- Individual will function as alternate Office Lead; Clear scheduling and contract conflicts by communicating with Site Supervisors and Gov't Mission Scheduling Managers to clearly define the EOMS support plan
- Attend meetings with Government and Scheduling personnel acting as EOMS representative
- Chair WOC Scheduling meeting in absence of Office Lead
- Represent WOC at General Managers Weekly meeting when WOC Manager unavailable
- Act as RAM/RRM/MLTTAP representative when assigned individual is not available
- Lead/Guide/Mentor other Project Coordinators in support of daily activities and project coordination activities
- Ensure all activities within the WOC are being conducted in a manner consummate with WOCs high standards.
