Description
Leidos is seeking a Learning Management System Specialist, contingent upon contract award, who will provide qualitative or quantitative data compilation, analysis, and reporting for the LMS system.
Role will be primarily telecommute
Candidate MUST be located in the United States
MUST be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Duties
They provide LMS database management, IT maintenance and support, and LMS software application troubleshooting support. They support tasks 4.5.4, including collecting, verifying, and analyzing FFSC service data to spot trends and furnish statistical reports; establishing data-entry procedures for accurate FFSMIS records; compiling installation inputs, managing shared drives, and maintaining websites and software systems; and training staff while supporting webinar hosting and production services.
Compiling, validating, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from the LMS to generate statistical and performance reports
Managing LMS databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and routine backups while performing system configurations and upgrades
Troubleshooting LMS and related software applications; coordinating with IT to resolve technical issues promptly
Collecting, verifying, and analyzing FFSC service-delivery data (Task 4.5.4) to identify usage trends and furnish actionable insights to leadership
Establishing and documenting data-entry procedures that guarantee complete and accurate FFSMIS records across installations
Compiling installation inputs for recurring reports required by CNIC Headquarters or Regional Program Managers
Administering shared network drives, ensuring proper file structures, permissions, and version control for training assets
Maintaining FFSP websites and software systems, including routine updates, usability enhancements, and content accuracy checks
Training staff in LMS functionality, data-entry standards, and best practices for software applications and shared-drive management
Supporting webinar scheduling, hosting, and post-production activities in alignment with C-17 training requirements
Monitoring system performance metrics and user feedback to recommend process or technology improvements that enhance learning delivery
Requires
Requires a bachelor’s degree that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours appropriate to the work of the position to be filled. The course work must have included study in at least four of the following five areas: (1) Learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology, (2) Instructional design practices, (3) Educational evaluation, (4) Instructional product development: and (5) Computers in education and training.
This position supports the Navy Fleet and Family Support contract. NFFS delivers comprehensive Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services worldwide, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for active-duty Sailors, retirees, eligible civilians overseas, and their families. The program implements, evaluates, and continually refines established FFSP offerings—developing the concepts, structures, and processes needed to maximize well-being across all installations. Key objectives include providing global staffing to supplement existing FFSP personnel through remote or surge/on-demand support, and delivering webinar hosting, production, and facilitation via a robust learning-management system.
