Elastic Data Analyst certification.
You must have the following required skills and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Collaborating across the US Intelligence Community (USIC) to identify and close gaps on complex intelligence problems, with a strong ability to devise data collection and analysis strategies.
- Supporting SIGINT collection, analysis, and operations.
- SQL scripting and querying.
- Elastic Query Language and Kibana dashboards.
- Developing systems, processes, or tools with a strong ability to analyze and exploit complex data sets.
- Advanced cyber operations to include knowledge of internet protocols, IP addressing, and use of virtual machines and emulators.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Strong understanding of IC knowledge management databases and repositories.
- Performing geospatial analysis for critical high-tempo missions.
- Pattern of life, link analysis, and deep dive SIGINT and geospatial data forensics, with a strong ability to analyze and exploit complex data sets.
- Providing sophisticated briefings that clearly and concisely convey highly technical analytic projects.
- Briefing liaison partners on highly technical information.
- Working with commercial vendors to integrate and provide workforce access to commercial systems on Sponsor networks.
- Creating and distributing minutes or after-action items, with experience providing sophisticated briefings that clearly and concisely convey highly technical analytic projects.
- Using critical thinking skills to innovate and resolve issues.
