Position Summary:

Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Resource Management Lead (EOC) to oversee the tracking and documentation of incident-related resources and supplies deployed by the State Emergency Response Team (SERT). This role ensures accurate documentation in the Division of Emergency Management Enterprise System (DEMES) for all resources deployed by state agencies, private organizations, and contractors at the request of the SERT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and maintain documentation in DEMES for incident-related resources and supplies
  • Ensure accurate data entry for resources deployed by the SERT
  • Monitor resource status for state agencies, private agencies, and contractors
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Recovery Sections to maintain updated resource records
  • Support audits and after-action reviews with accurate documentation
  • Assist in reconciling deployed resources post-incident
  • Communicate with partners to validate resource utilization and mission status

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of work experience in a resource management or logistics role
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce-based programs and other software used by the Division
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting emergency management operations
  • Familiarity with DEMES or similar emergency management tracking systems
  • Knowledge of ICS structure and resource tracking protocols

  • Performance Location: On-site while on assignment (location TBD)

  • Travel Required: Yes - up to 100% while on assignment

Working Environment:

Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), field environments, or remote coordination centers. Extended hours and travel may be required across the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.
