Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Unit Leader to manage the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, inventorying, tracking, and distribution of incident-related resources and supplies. The Supply Unit Leader will also coordinate with the Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to ensure resources meet mission requirements during emergency operations.

Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), warehouses, field environments, or logistics hubs. Extended hours and travel may be required across the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.

Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Unit Leader to manage the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, inventorying, tracking, and distribution of incident-related resources and supplies. The Supply Unit Leader will also coordinate with the Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to ensure resources meet mission requirements during emergency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, and process incident-related supplies and resources
- Maintain inventory records and storage systems for all incoming and outgoing resources
- Track and distribute supplies to support operational needs
- Coordinate with Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to source required resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and accountability of supplies throughout the incident
- Prepare reports on supply status and resource utilization
- Support logistical planning and participate in operational briefings
- Maintain readiness of supply operations to support future needs
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience in supply chain, logistics, or resource management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with ICS and emergency response logistics
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in emergency response logistics or supply unit management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems such as WebEOC or equivalent
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing supply contracts
