We are seeking skilled Product Repair/Modification Technicians with hands-on experience in V-22 aircraft maintenance and modification. This role supports critical operations at Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and may require travel to domestic and international locations based on mission needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent assembly, disassembly, and repair of aerospace components using standard practices and specifications.
- Conduct functional and diagnostic testing to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical faults.
- Execute modifications and validations to ensure product serviceability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and modifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to FOD control, tool control, and health & safety protocols.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Proven experience in V-22 aircraft maintenance and modification.
- Expertise in Electrical/Avionics or Airframes systems.
- Ability and willingness to deploy/travel on short notice to various locations and durations as required.
- High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- Quality Assurance experience
- Extensive Depot-level modification experience
