As a Strategic Effects Cell Coordi nato r, you'll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for the client. You'll c ond uct in-depth research on the Indo-Pacific operational environment, focusing on fusion of Information Operations ( IO ) aligned with equities throughout the Indo-Pacific, designed in shaping perceptions, countering adversarial narratives, and supporting the client's strategic objectives. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to provide Military Information Support Operations ( MISO ) planning and assessment to counter malign influence in DOD's theater which will empower warfighters to quickly adjust for unknown threats and conflicts.
You'll guide the work we do for the DoD and the solutions we deliver to enable decision dominance in this critical mission space. You'll be responsible for understanding client mission needs and matching them to company solutions that can address those needs, connecting technical experts and business leaders with client decision-makers.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with Spe cia l Operations 37F or 18 series in the Indo-Pacific theater
- 4+ years of experience designing and executing MISO or Psychological Operations series at the Theater Spe cia l Operations Command ( TSOC ) or Combatant Command ( CCMD ) level
- 2+ years of experience integrating intelligence collection requirements and suffusing joint directorate equities, including demonstrated collaboration with organizations such as Joint Intelligence Support Element ( JISE )
- Experience with management of end-to-end data processes c ond ucting strategic analysis and client presentations, and delivering actionable, data-driven insights directly supporting theater-level objectives
- Experience developing or applying assessment frameworks for MISO, IO, EW, CA, or joint effects such as using the HPEM or S.M.A.R.T models
- Experience in aligning effects across MISO, IO, CA, EW, and JISE, ensuring integrated planning and execution of multidomain operations
- Ability to communicate complex theater campaign plan information to General Officers and stakeholders, building t rus t and ensuring shared understanding
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with special activities and compartmentalized capabilities
- Experience with assessment and reporting tools for MISO, IO, or EW, such as interactive dashboards or advanced analytics
- Experience in COCOM or INDOPACOM staff functions or equivalent joint or coalition environments
- Experience briefing or advising at the flag or general officer or senior civilian executive level stakeholders
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- Electronic Warfare, Civil Affairs, or Information Operations planning certification
