Raytheon - Advance Product Solutions (APS) is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Associate Director, Program Management (PM) to lead program areas within the Electro-Optic Infrared Solutions (EOIR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
This role is visible to the EO/IR Systems and Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) leadership as this is one of the core products/programs that drive success all the way up to the Strategic Business Unit level.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

What You Will Do
- Directly interface with stakeholders, platform prime contractors, and support international business growth opportunities
- Set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution focused on overall program and product performance, on-time deliveries, and new business capture to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth
- Account for profit and loss, annual operating plan (AOP) development and execution to include estimates at complete (EACs)
- Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements
- Ensure implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan, including proactive schedule risk management, to ensure predictable program performance
- Travel, as needed, to support business engagements
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience (in one or more of the following areas: program management, leadership operations,/production, integrated product team lead, etc)
- Program or project management experience leading or supporting development, production, or sustainment programs
- E xperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, Quality Management, Finance, and/or administrative functions, etc
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity M anagement or similar business processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

Qualifications We Prefer
- Proven success creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
- Program Management Level-4 Certification
- Experience working directly with government or commercial customers on large/complex programs
- Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs
- Experience with oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary
