Required:
Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models across the full lifecycle, with emphasis on model governance and operationalization.
Strong knowledge of AI risk and ethics frameworks including NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles, and ISO/IEC 42001; able to assess systems for fairness, bias, and explainability.
Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, FISMA, CMMC) and integration of AI systems into secure, audit-ready environments.
Proficient in machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Strong in Python (required); experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Working knowledge of cloud-native AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
Understanding of AI red-teaming, threat detection, and incident response in ML environments.
Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, Certified AI Security Specialist (CAISS), Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, or AI certifications
