Job Title: Project Manager - Human Resources / Talent Management

Candidates must have at least 7+ years of PM experience with some experience managing technical projects in an HR - Talent Mgmt environment.
Keys to management will be your people management approach and your comfort level with ambiguity. Someone who is able to manage a project which is currently in early stages of development.
Description:
This PM role is dedicated to leading the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments. The project is in its early stages and will require coordination across all levels of the organization including legal, compliance, HR, and business unit leadership.
The work will involve technology implementation, change management, and strategic communication planning. The PM will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consulting firm supporting the initiative, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption across the enterprise.
Required Skill Sets:
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques
Minimum Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
PMP
