MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-driven Logistics Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring 1-5 days in the office weekly, depending on customer needs.
In this position, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the readiness and safety of advanced aviation platforms, while also optimizing logistics planning through collaboration with diverse stakeholders to guarantee mission success.

In this position, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the readiness and safety of advanced aviation platforms, while also optimizing logistics planning through collaboration with diverse stakeholders to guarantee mission success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Exercise independent decision-making delegated by the Program Office Product Support Manager, Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML), and Fleet Support Team (FST) Logistics Lead
- Represent the platform functional area as spokesperson in matters related to in-service and acquisition logistics support
- Support aircraft system safety and readiness while reducing total ownership cost to the Navy
- Analyze and manage Integrated Vehicle Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (IVHMS) data, Integrated Computing Platform (ICP) software, and NALCOMIS OOMA issue reporting and analytics
- Review technical requirements and specifications related to aviation logistics environment (ALE) operating systems for maintainers and support pilot/maintainer training as part of introducing new systems to the fleet
- Evaluate Product Support Packages (PSPs) to enable early deficiency corrections and improvements, validate PSP effectiveness in supporting safe and efficient maintenance tasks aligned with readiness goals
- Provide reports and risk assessments based on supportability test results to service organizations, engineering teams, and fleet support teams
- Research and assess technologies, maintenance practices, and techniques for application to end item design
- Liaise with government employees, military personnel, and contractors
- Travel up to 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience supporting Navy aviation platforms, logistics readiness, and aviation maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ALE systems and maintenance integration processes.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
