Responsibilities
- Execute full-spectrum modernization and equipping integration, including New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET), in accordance with AR 770-2 and AR 71-32.
- Conduct milestone reviews, analyze fielding plans from USARC G-4 SI and PMs, and manage Total Package Fielding operations.
- Utilize and manage key documentation (MON, MFA, LOA), analyze Equipment On Hand (EOH) data, AR Force Structure, and priority listings.
- Validate and route Mission Support Plans (MSPs) to GFC Property Book Officers (PBOs).
- Coordinate New Materiel Introductory Briefs (NMIBs), including delivery schedules, hand-offs, training timelines, and key logistics.
- Brief receiving units, coordinate DA Form 1687s, and ensure all authorization orders are in place.
- Collaborate with PMs and GUIC to execute the equipment transfer process, ensuring accuracy in GCSS-Army lateral transfers and proper documentation.
- Use ETMS2 to publish OPORDs related to NET/NEF activities and support requirements.
- Submit NEF/NET class rosters, oversee training logistics, and support on-ground execution of NET.
- Maintain direct communication with subordinate commands to inform on Force Modernization policies, statuses, and requirements.
- Provide weekly reports to include completion rates, delinquency statuses, and closure updates.
- Participate in modernization workshops, conferences, and command briefings as required.
Qualifications
- Prior participation in NET execution or NEF program management.
- Experienced with utilizing Force Management System Web Site FMSWeb.
- Familiarity with TPF processes, AR 770-2/71-32 guidance, and Reserve Component force structure.
- 5 years' experience working on a Property Book Team using the current system of record (GCSS-A).
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with the Army the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP).
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance SECRET level or higher.
