System Administrator IIneeded! Group: Remote Operations
Team: Accounts Management
Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph.
Hours - Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm: Training on Day Shift for up to 3 months if needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal or outside customers.
-Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
-Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
-Alerts Management to recurring problems and patterns. .
-Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills .
Mandatory Skills:
*** IAT Level 1 Certified
-US Citizen.
-Customer service data entry experience.
-MS Office proficiency.
-Active Directory experience is a plus.
-ServiceNow Ticketing System experience is a plus
Experience:
HS or GED and 15 yrs
OR
BS and 10 yrs
Approximate salary range: $91,000-$98,300
A variety of factors impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
