Field Systems Reliability Engineer

We're currently seeking an FSR Engineer to support operations and reliability for mission-critical systems deployed within the national security space. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep experience in Linux, AWS cloud environments, and system automation.

Required Skills:
- Experience administering Linux systems (CentOS, Red Hat)
- Experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CLI, and AWS Console
- Experience with system hardening, patching, and operational security
- Proficiency with Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting to automate manual tasks
- Experience maintaining web servers such as NGINX and Envoy
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Hands-on experience supporting data platforms such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across OS, cloud, and network layers

Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet
- Experience participating in an on-call rotation
- Exposure to Azure or multi-cloud environments
