The Client Solutions Executive 3 (CSE 3) for the Navy and USMC Overlay Account is responsible for driving business growth by developing and delivering comprehensive solutions to support U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps customers. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and overlay resource, collaborating with account teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities across wireline, wireless, cloud, cybersecurity, and advanced technology portfolios. The CSE 3 will foster strong customer relationships, understand mission requirements, and ensure AT&T's solutions align with the unique needs of the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary overlay solutions expert for Navy and USMC accounts, working closely with account managers and technical teams.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective Navy and USMC customer bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, propose, and implement complex solutions tailored to the needs of the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T's products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on federal and defense markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including program managers, IT leaders, and contracting officers.
  • Develop account strategies, conduct customer presentations, and represent AT&T at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and ensure seamless handoff to implementation and support teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account performance metrics.

Required Clearance:

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance (#clearable) (#secret)

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales, business development, or account management, preferably with federal or defense customers.
  • Strong understanding of Navy and/or USMC mission requirements, acquisition processes, and organizational structure.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex technology solutions (wireline, wireless, cloud, cybersecurity, networking) to federal or defense customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer locations, events, and conferences.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior Military Service a plus

Our Lead Client Solutions Executive 3's earns a base salary between $ 103,800 - $174,400+ commission with a total target compensation of $173,800 - $244,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
