What You'll Do
- Provide frontline technical support through phone, email, and chat, delivering professional and timely assistance.
- Use knowledge resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DoD products and services.
- Record and track interactions in ServiceNow, escalating cases when needed.
- Monitor and document recurring issues to share with leadership and government stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Associate degree in a technical field or 2+ years of help desk/technical support experience.
- IAT Level I certification.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Experience with software troubleshooting, tiered escalation processes, and general networking concepts.
