CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Senior Systems Engineer to support a potential opportunity with the Office of the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer within the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the implementation of the DoD responsible artificial intelligence program and the development of associated tools and products.
- Collaborating with Product Development Teams on the development of a strategy that incorporates ethical principles across the entire artificial intelligence product development lifecycle.
- Developing standard methodologies for responsible artificial intelligence product development.
- Applying deep technical expertise in data science and artificial intelligence methodologies to build ethical AI capabilities and design models.
- Deploying model testing and validation practices that eliminate potential biases and ensure robustness against adversarial attacks.
- Applying deep technical expertise to integrate RAI tools into DoD infrastructure and ensure interoperability.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or a related field.
- Current, active TS with the ability to obtain SCI access.
- 5 years of experience in the development of machine learning and AI infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience working on priority DoD data analytics and AI platforms such as Joint Common Foundation (JCF) or Advana.
- 2 years of experience with Responsible AI Software.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active, TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master's Degree from an accredited university in Political Science, Policy, Government, or related field.
