The Opportunity:

CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, soft ware integration, soft ware development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities:

Provide systems engineering and technical support to the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) effort supporting Zero Trust implementation. Support integration and operational activities across ICAM components using technologies such as REST APIs, JSON/XML, Oracle/MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, NiFi, and Single Sign-On (OAuth2 and SAML). Develop and maintain ICAM/Zero Trust documentation (e.g., release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and implementation plans) in accordance with applicable industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies and Zero Trust mandates. Conduct technical research, identify improvement opportunities, and assist with configuration of system components; produce advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning. Collaborate with ICAM capability teams to contribute to architecture and design artifacts, technology assessments, strategy and planning documentation, and risk mitigation activities.

Qualifications:
Required :

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 3+ years of engineering experience supporting software and/or systems in a production or mission environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.


Desired:
  • Ability to solve system/integration issues; strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PKI concepts and certificate-based authentication.
  • Understanding of scalability and high-availability strategies (e.g., multi-zone deployments).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile team practices.
  • Knowledge of application/security testing concepts and vulnerability tracking.
  • Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Demonstrated engineering experience supporting requirements analysis, functional analysis/allocation, systems reviews, CONOPS, and system architectures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with software development, test, and system administration teams to deliver capabilities that meet requirements.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and develop program review materials.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira.
