Your Qualifications
- (4+ for mid, 6+ for senior) years of professional Java development experience with a strong focus on building enterprise applications
- Proven expertise in Spring Boot framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security for developing RESTful APIs and implementing complex business logic
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker
- Proficiency with build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement robust, scalable backend services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems design
- Experience with orchestration with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, particularly using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of API design best practices, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation
- Experience with AWS services like EKS and ECS
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing
- Knowledge of security best practices for API development and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)
