Manage the planning and delivery of sensor-based software solutions on DoD programs. Build secure product roadmaps, oversee CI/CD implementations, and align milestones with mission-focused requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development strategy and execution under secure SDLC guidelines.
- Create and manage work plans, milestones, and deliverables based on stakeholder needs.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery compliance.
- Coordinate with small‑to‑medium enterprise teams beyond bare‑bones development.
- Communicate effectively with DoD customers and translate technical scope into product features.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 12 years experience, or Master's + 10 years.
- 8+ years in software development or development management.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience on DoD programs.
- Strong grasp of secure SDLC, product lifecycle, and implementation principles.
- Comfort working with CI/CD and small enterprise settings.
TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
