Financial Manager
Summary:
The Financial Manager leads a team of analysts providing financial management support to DISA. Responsibilities include overseeing budget formulation and execution, ensuring compliance with DoD financial regulations, and presenting financial analyses to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead financial and budget analysts in support of PPBE, POM, BES, and President’s Budget.
Oversee reconciliation, spend plan development, and financial reporting.
Interface with senior leadership, providing recommendations and financial insights.
Ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations and reporting standards.
Mentor and guide junior analysts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
12+ years in financial management, with emphasis on DoD or federal programs.
DoD FM Level III certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience with DISA systems (FAMIS, DFMS, Financial Dashboard, DBS) highly desirable.
Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
