Overview
The Ascendancy Group is seeking a highly skilled Focal Point Program Specialist to support USCENTCOM's Access Control and Compartmented Management (ACCM) program and knowledge management systems. This role requires expertise in controlled access programs, cross-domain data handling, and SharePoint administration, along with a strong understanding of USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2 and legal standards for information release.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Security Requirement: A Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise to the ACCM program per USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2
• Maintain accurate archives of personnel read-on to controlled ACCMs; coordinate read-on/read-off procedures
• Process Information Access Authorizations in coordination with Lead Planner POCs, FPPCO, and SSO
Conduct Manual Cross Domain Transfers of digital products under the USCENTCOM Authorized Transfer Agent program
• Serve as Division Primary and Directorate Alternate Knowledge and Information Management Representative (KIMR)
• Act as Division Records Management Officer
• Develop and utilize automated information systems for internal/external dissemination and resource management
• Manage SharePoint Portals across multiple networks, including administration, security, development, and site management
• Coordinate FOIA and MDR requests in accordance with legal standards and USCENTCOM directives
• Advise CCJ5 on FOIA/MDR Program compliance to ensure proper safeguarding of plans and orders
Position Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command HQ or Service Component HQ supporting a GCC
• 5+ years of experience working in a Focal Point Control Program
• Detailed knowledge of the ACCM program and USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2
Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of compartmented access control and information security protocols
Experience with cross-domain data transfer and digital product handling
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration and development across secure networks
Familiarity with FOIA/MDR legal frameworks and USCENTCOM information strategies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for interagency coordination
