Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Software Engineer to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.
Clearance
• TS/SCI (FS Poly)
Overview/Responsibilities:
- Will work with a team of other principal and senior-level contributors to provide development and production support for the AdmitIT product in support of the Zero Trust architecture.
- Will be responsible for building, managing, and automating configurable AdmitIT/ICAM product installations for DoD customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 16 years
- 5 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
Desired Skills:

- Full Stack Java Development
- SpringBoot
- REST
- PKI/TLS/SSL certificates
- ElasticSearch
- Micro services architecture
- Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- JSON/XML
- Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates on Azure, Cloud formation on AWS, or Terraform
- Experience with writing Linux-based scripts for code integration and cron jobs using Bourne Shell, C, or Python and working in a command line environment
- Experience with containerization (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience with deployment languages (Puppet and Ansible)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
- Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
- Familiarity using Confluence and Jira
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
