Job Description:
Responsible for providing maintenance of physical facilities. Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, ground-keeping, packing, moving, and set up of office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products (i.e. trash pick-up, processing recyclables, and debris) in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, warehouses, or cleanrooms. May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction.

  • May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
  • Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.

  • Works under limited supervision.
