Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Administrative Assistant role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will provide technical and management leadership on major assignments, serving as a recognized expert in their domain. This role carries significant responsibility for guiding program success, influencing high-level decision making, and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical and/or management leadership on major tasks and assignments.
- Establish goals, objectives, and plans to ensure program success.
- Apply domain-specific, expert-level technical knowledge to complex challenges.
- Direct and control activities for the client, with overall responsibility for methods, staffing, and financial management.
- Work in a discreet environment handling sensitive and classified information daily, requiring confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy when interacting with Sponsor leadership, Industry, and OGA partners.
- Manage correspondence, schedules, and documentation with strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Draft, edit, and oversee preparation of executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure technical requirements are met and program objectives are achieved.
- Serve as a key advisor on critical decisions that directly impact project implementation.
- May supervise or mentor other staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for office supply requests and perform light logistical duties, including occasional lifting and limited inter-office travel.
- Engage in client negotiations and interface with senior management, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Recognized as an industry leader or subject matter expert in a defined area of expertise.
- Demonstrated record of exceptional qualifications and/or unique expertise relevant to the program mission.
- Proven experience influencing decision-making at senior leadership levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact diplomatically with high-level stakeholders.
- Prior experience providing SME-level support to U.S. Government or Intelligence Community programs.
- Strong leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to influence project outcomes.
- Proven ability to engage with senior management and external partners at the executive level.
- Expertise in financial management, staffing, and technical oversight.
