ECS is seeking an experienced NIH NIAID Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead to work remotely providing technical leadership and oversight for the Enterprise Hosting task area, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of OEB Infrastructure services. The Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of work performed under this task order.
In this role, you will be responsible for system and application analysts working at the intersection of traditional IT and specialized scientific and operational technology systems to ensure functionality, performance, availability, responsiveness of supported IT systems and services. You will be managing team performance against service delivery objectives and identifying and implementing operational improvements to promote efficiency within the organization.

ECS is seeking an experienced NIH NIAID Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead to work remotely providing technical leadership and oversight for the Enterprise Hosting task area, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of OEB Infrastructure services. The Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of work performed under this task order.
In this role, you will be responsible for system and application analysts working at the intersection of traditional IT and specialized scientific and operational technology systems to ensure functionality, performance, availability, responsiveness of supported IT systems and services. You will be managing team performance against service delivery objectives and identifying and implementing operational improvements to promote efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and support of NIAID in Process Maturity and Agile transition, including Agile Coaching, business process development at the team and organizational levels, and training team members in Agile and Lean concepts.
- Assist with analytical and functional support for new business processes and workflows to streamline delivery of OEB Services.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient resolution of incidents, changes, and problems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues across supported systems and demonstrate total issue ownership to drive troubleshooting, cross team coordination, 3rd party vendor support, resolution, and validation with end users.
- Lead and manage application deployments, installations, change requests, updates across a complex network of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), databases, and connected applications and instruments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Enterprise Hosting task area status and other relevant information.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
Required Skills
- The Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead shall have documented experience with Enterprise Hosting and project management, specifically concerning enterprise-wide services and application hosting capabilities.
- This position shall have experience with leadership and oversight, including assisting with the planning, implementation, and supporting of NIAID in Process Maturity and Agile transition.
- The Enterprise Hosting Delivery Lead shall have excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver timely and accurate reports.
- This position shall have strong collaboration and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
- Active Public Trust or higher security clearance.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting an IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, including support teams and ensuring quality of service operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex security challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL v4 Foundation, SAFe, COMP, Security+, CompTIA, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in database management, various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and multiple programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Reside within the Washington DC Metro area.
- Travel within the Washington DC Metro Area, and CONUS as needed.
- Background in Business Analysis techniques, agile methodology, and transformation.
- Familiar with records management classification and automated disposition policy and procedures.
- Experience supporting large scale federal ECCMS and EDRMS digitization initiatives.
- Familiar with HHS Enterprise Life Cycle (ELPC) methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working in cross-functional global teams.
